Royal Maiden of Transylvania Feteasca Regala

One of Dracula's girlfriends, Royal Maiden came from a noble family with royal descendants, just as the name suggests. Her noble origins and her high education, along with her charming appearance, captivated the Dark Count of Transylvania, who seduced her in a romantic atmosphere that brought her to an end.
Pale straw yellow color, with quince aromas. Intense taste, with peach accents, and clean acidity give the wine a long, pleasant finish. Excellent with beef dishes, platters of fresh cheese, pasta with creamy white sauces or grilled fish.
The grapes are harvested at their full potential so that wine gains intense aromas and mineral properties. It is fermented at about 14°C for two weeks. In the process of fermentation the wine is left on the lees applying the technique called batonaj (mixing yeasts in the wine mass to achieve structure and softness).
Serving temperature: 10-12° C.
