Castellum Dracula Rose wine

Rating is 0.0 out of five stars based on reviews

Castellum Dracula Rose dry is a dry rose wine, certified DOC - CMD Tarnave Tarnaveni, with 13.00% alcohol content, vinified from Pinot Noir grapes.

Pinot Noir is one of the oldest grape varieties in the world, being named after the pine cone shape that the bunch has before being picked. The noble variety is especially associated with the Côte-d'Or region, in Bourgogne, France, where one of the highest quality (but also expensive) wines in the world is produced, being one of the three grape varieties allowed by French legislation in the production of champagne, along with Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. It is a difficult grape to grow and maintain, even for the most experienced oenologist, the aroma of the wine produced being extremely versatile. Depending on the climate and soil, dry or liqueur wines can be obtained. A general characteristic is the velvety texture and the high alcohol concentration.

Castellum Dracula Rose is a typical Romanian wine, unbarred, with a clear rosy rose color, having all the attributes of the variety from which it is vinified. With a bouquet of fresh fruit, especially peaches, it is a dry, fleshy, balanced wine, with perfectly integrated acidity and alcohol. Castellum Dracula Rose is served at a recommended temperature of 8-10ºC, accompanied by fish, seafood or salads. Castellum Dracula Rose sec is produced by Legendary Dracula, a Romanian brand that aims to capitalize on some of the best local products by associating them with one of the strongest and best-known European myths - Dracula. Among the products brought together under the Legendary Dracula brand are some of the best Romanian wines with various themes inspired by Dracula and a selection of natural spirits traditionally made in Transylvania.
