Budureasca Noble White Wine 75cl

The pale straw color with discrete green reflections, the bouquet of aromas that surprisingly blends tropical fruits and jasmine flowers from Muscat Ottonel and the intense, fresh, mango and cantaloupe flavors, supported by a pleasant acidity from Sauvignon Blanc make Noble White a tempting companion. Chardonnay gives medium body, fine vanilla notes and a soft texture obtained through the batonnage process applied during fermentation.

An exceptional Romanian white wine from the Dealu Mare region blending three grape varieties.Each grape undergoes seperate fermentation in stainless steel tanks using different temperatures. For the Sauvignon Blanc, a special yeast strain from South Africa was used to give aromas of Elderflower. Once fermented, the wines were carefully blended.
Noble White is golden straw in colour, with intense tropical aromas with a hint of Jasmine flowers on the nose. Fruity taste, with a good balance between acidity and flavour.
Pairs well with chicken, fish, seafood and pasta dishes.
